Are they incompetent or just setting up the company on a strong foundation for future growth and accompanying share price appreciation with solid dividends

They have said their big capital outlays have been completed so lets see what the qtr update says, out soon
They have spent little on the buyback.......more chance of a dividend at end of fin year then

Talleys have bought a fair chunk......and they obviously know a thing or two about BRL

i look at the charts of plenty of other small to midsize companys and see a relatively flatline for some time/few years and then almost suddenly an upturn in shareprice and it's away...........paying their first dividend will be a good start for that with continued strong earnings reports

Got Canada coming with good reports on the coal quality......a premium coking coal quality

Guess you just keep your patience
