Is BRL management telling us something with this announcement?
First, there have been zero buybacks in the last 2 days.
Second, the fact that they are now willing to buy back shares here from minor investors may mean that they think we have now reached fair price.
Then there is not so small matter of Talley's becoming an 11% shareholder. Is that relevant to their buybacks? Has Talley's (who are now the real drivers of BRL, not Singapore) told them not to do any more buybacks, but to save money for something else...like a bigger dividend in the 3rd quarter?
