Talley's have had zero exposure to BRL legal wrangles, they were receiving their percentage of the handsome BT Mining profits.
Why have they now bought into this legal debacle?
Talley's confidence in the timing of this acquisition, to me signals, something is a foot.
I'm also guessing that about now L + M lawyers have recieved BRL's discovery of appeal claims and have decided BRL may have a case. L + M may not want to go the distance now that Talley's are on board.
