    Interesting aright, looks like the seizure is all related to Min 5009 morningstar hill which I assume includes the plant. But is does not mention the EL's or ROD and other Min's.

    Then the quarterly from the administrators talks of a DOCA and recapitalisation....

    Not sure how it all ends, all I know is shareholders can only sit and watch until such time as there is something (if anything) to vote on
