Hi JR - Its been a long journey. As shareholders we would now appear to be ideally placed with such a big ratio of consolidation, to get a more equatable market value. At 1:40 ratio with reasonable anticipated pa production returns we become a fairly tightly held company. Lets hope that works.

With another recent purchase on a small cash +4% royalty basis, and existing number of options for whatever blending might or might not be needed, with the addition to the crushing circuit and mill upgrade, we should make some reasonable % of profits, which gives rise to serious investor thought about what this might lead to in the next couple of years. I hope with this move, we get financial security, more steady growth & benefit in the share price reaching its true value. Then icing on the cake, Timor gives the real big shove up.

Small caps building up CABank always worries me, which is why I like Franked divs being proportionally paid once a company is debt free and has good reserves. This was reinforced for me after a very bad experience in mid level goldie last year - great producer and paid some good divis but also built up over $100m CAB, then SHs woke up one morning and the lot was gone.....now the company is delisted with those divs being the only money I'll ever get back....reminder of the risk reality of betting on small cap miners!

However, that's a worse case scenario, and while I note and respect your view on concerns with TO possibility, IMO where ever that TO come from, in this climate with gold US$3,000+ and our increasing production levels & hopefully profits having best years right now, considering the location we are in, any TO made has to be attractive, becos with this gold price the mid tier miners are dripping cash and hunting down small producers with their own operational plants. Interestingly, from what I've seen & been involved in, the TO offers have been good, and not hostile, becos in this climate no one wants to waste time with long drawn out counter offer wars...anyways, that is just how I see it ATM -
