personally i have thought all along Colin was controlling the price to kill momentum and build his stake.. the market movemnet statements are no longer itemised by individual transactions.. so its not something I can prove.. there are no corresponding movements in holdings to suggest G&G were price capping, in fact they have bought significantly on market above 3c .. well above our low of recent years around 2.2c.. now if you want you can claim that CP and G&G are colluding... I dont see any particular evidence of that.. i would be cautious about making any accusations of illegality.. just that there have been other cases of HC posters being sued.. Im not saying you shouldnt explore the subject.. just be careful how you phrase it.. just to be cautionary.. asking questions rather than making statements about transactions or intentions would be a safer way to approach it
