I think it's the fact that a lot of funds have mandates that state they can't buy any company under $1 or whatever nominal number they limit it to. I agree it shouldn't matter and that they should only mandate against buying under a certain market cap rather than price, but that's the industry. So hopefully this brings some new investment, although it still needs management to promote to these funds better imo.
