As usual, we have to speculate whats going on? If there were no issues why havent we got an update? Or we get an announcement with NAIF funding, acquisition of refinery land and EIS approval. Nothing has ever been straightforward with this company, so I suspect we issues with the EIS! See below..

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT (“EIS”
As announced on 2 December 2019, the Draft EIS for the DPF is available for public review until 21 February 2020.The Company and its principal environmental consultant, Animal Plant Mineral Pty Ltd, have been liaising with the Northern Territory Environment Protection Authority and expect a response in the near future.
