Thinking the EIS for the refinery will be no different to how the mine EIS was approved and management would have more experience now so it is only when not if it's approved so shouldn't we be more concerned about the FEED from SMS the NAIF or FINANCE and the most important one the broken time frames that continue to be pushed out by months and years the EIS will come and go with no movement of our share price let's be honest the only thing that's going to move this is finance but what year, management really need to lift there game this year the track record is truly poor
