After taking a blocking stake, FMG have not shown their hand so, due to pure logic, that is yet to happen. What else than a bid in their own right could that be?
So far, FMG have not left the field to Gina even though
1. they have achieved MIN's withdrawal (they stated they would not support the MIN offer)
2. they could offload their blocking stake - right now - with a profit.
Clearly, something is up. I am expecting an initial bid with a premium of around 15% to the 4.2 cents, i.e. 4.8 cents.
And then it's game on!
