I underestand Gina will have more than 20% as she already has...

I underestand Gina will have more than 20% as she already has that and she has now started buying more under TO rules and they did announce they were going to start buying off market already (& of course i presume they r trying to also buy on market). So i underestand Twiggy will have to put a TO bid to then be able to buy more than 20% (& put a stop on Gina buying ?).

Please someone correct me as I am not 100% sure.
