I suspect that the registry date is not relevant to whether you can sell them into the bid, it only seems to relate to who will be sent a copy of the bidder's statement. If it did relate to who could sell into the bid it would be pointless in allowing NDO to trade on the ASX. For example, we have had 67mm shares traded so far today. Does that mean that they are unavailable for the bidder? I think not! And what about all the shares to be sold in coming days?
