It would be ridiculous to treat this like a cap raising. Gamechanger you make sense as the shares exchange hands. It doesn't disappear. I think the selling is to remind the holders what would happen if no votes get thru. Refer to the bidder's statement esp to section if votes don't get thru. I expect this to hover at high 4s as a carrot. If you buy now mate you get 10 10% in 2 weeks. I would buy and accept the bid If I had funds.
