I dont think it was worthless crap, I think it was mismanaged into worthless crap. As I have said before it is the responsibility of the senior management of CCE to conduct due diligence. So if the books were "cooked" and not picked up I am pretty sure corporate fraud lawyers would have been involved. Again if that is the case and nothing was done its back to mismanagement again. Every way you look at this mess it sits squarely on the shoulders of the Ex CCE management who by the way had no vested interest in this business, Mr Davidson has heaps that are worth a lot less then when he got them.
