It just means 6,317,294 shares should be able to be sold on market from 11 Dec 19, as was also stated in their initial capital structure (see: https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/ann-capital-structure.4964270/).
These shares will have already been factored into any fully diluted market cap calculations (like hotcopper's on the right), although some sites only calculate it with fully paid shares that are quoted, so the stated market cap may rise roughly 10% or so on some sites if that's of interest.
