I think when it becomes unlisted, its not as good as some may imagine it.
I held 2 unlisted companies before, one was Auzex Exploration (spun-off from Auzex Resources when it was merged with GGG Resources plc, a LSE-listed company), and the other was the joker company Errawarra Resources Limited (spun out off from HNR). Believe HNR is a joke, even if the share price now is high now, the company is a joke.
Auzex Exploration raised capital once when unlisted which I didn't participate. The risk is if the company doesn't relist anytime soon such as Errawarra is now. You will be bare uncertainty for a very long time.
Luckily Auzex Exploration did relist under EXU, and I was able to exit and take some money back.
For MJP, there is no telling how long it will be unlisted for, and if there is future capital raisings under a unlisted company, it presents a risk to you too.
Something to bear in mind.
I sold out yesterday a loss and moved on.
I think when it becomes unlisted, its not as good as some may...
