Correct me if I’m wrong, but there has been no detail officially released re the Cap raise, but leaks everywhere with detailed specifics that all shareholders should receive at the same time. Whatever information Bryant McLarty has, he must have discussed with the Director/s before taking his action. I’m sure glad someone has an eye out for the little guy in SMN. Timing, size and pricing of the cap raise was all way off the pub test.
