I lol'ed at Drakes interests being the same as the rest of ours. I mean, seriously? Also amused that four other Drake stooges gave it their thumbs up.

Presumably this effectively gives those directors - put forward to Drake - 'control' of the company.

Sounds great....for Drake.

I must say, I feel strangely comforted that Drake thinks the company is worth fighting for. Probably want to carve it up and sell to the highest bidder.

While I've not thought much of the previous crop of directors - I think this company has a current group that should be afforded a chance to commercialise.

Macca has warmed on me in recent months since taking control and setting this company on what looks like a better path.

If Drake has not disclosed in accordance with requirements, I hope they get the book thrown at them. If the absence of disclosure is down to SW, I'll vote for his removal but not for a stooge to replace.
