I am not clear whether there has been an intention to dispute that outcome.

I assume that Tulip Bay has subsequently sought a garnishee order (or perhaps it is part of the award) - although I have no details on that.

The announcement mentioned above refers to orders that SMS must pay amounts to Tulip Bay by the date of the award.

So by 29 November 2021, presumably. How much of that did the company pay by the date of the award?

I guess the CR was intended to raise funds for that, amongst other things.

The timing would fit, and it might explain why they were desperate to CR before the FAA approval.

I am loving what Love is bringing to the company, but I am increasingly concerned about the prior conduct of the old board.
