It's a matter of suitability of this board and management to take us to the next commercialisation stage. Brian seems to have done some good work for SMN, before my involvement, which is already so long ago!@!
The waring going on at the moment is a distraction and isn't helping, although I don't like the unprofessional way Drake are being treated, as our major shareholder... what does that mean to us wee mushrooms!?
McLarty agreed to step down and never did. He's already made some money from his involvement through the CR(conflict of interest) and now board fee's... perhaps his good intentions have morphed to the usual greed and power.
Have you spoken to Drake? Very rational people from what I can hear and sure, they have their own vested interest... far more than McLarty so I believe Drake represent a desire to make this work far more so than the one's they're calling out.
Lastly, the agreements were made for all of this to happen. Why aren't they honouring this? Frankly I would not want to do business with the current board based on their deceptions, let alone an airline looking to do business with us!!
