McLarty is a very down-to-earth guy, and in every communication with me, he has emphasised his desire to protect the interest of retail investors. I have an inherent distrust in equity firms and foreign shareholders, and the fact that Drake has already broken disclosure requirements doesn't fill me with a lot of confidence. They've already shown themselves to be dishonest, certainly wouldn't be a surprise if they tried to screw everyone else over for their own gain.
I will be voting for BM any chance I get, and I would encourage others to do the same.
