I think what was trying to be communicated, is that whilst the party that put forward the requisition notice would be confident it has the numbers to produce its' desired outcome and one would assume, start the process of creating shareholder value. The real outcome will not be known until votes have been put forward and the numbers counted. Until then, nothing can be taken for certain.

All that is for certain, is that the existing management has not created (they have actually destroyed it) shareholder value over the past 5 or so years.
