I'd be surprised if anyone thinks that the current share price is a result of anything other than the 3 founders having a falling out.

Russell and Gino borrowed money to give to the company to fund development. James gave money to the company to fund development. They are all heroes in my book however here we are..

As for the 249d I don't know any shareholder that is happy with the recent qtly cash flow or treasury generally. Clearly Gino has a problem with these two neds who really should have protected us ordinary shareholders from the battle between the main shareholders. Also neds are supposed to have a strong financial oversight. This seems to be missing.

In any case a 'please explain' would be nice.
