Ochre are out, as per announcement
but are now wanting to or perhaps have the numbers to do the in speccie deal that they voted against before.
Desertfox and P&L Capital are in
and now on the board IE: Messers, Pynes and Kestell at last count had aquired 187m shares and I would suggest they are the buyers today.
I believe that the new board dont want an in speccie deal,
They would want the EOX shares sold and the money to remain in the kitty, also reasonably confident that they will do a reconstruction
Now,If they have enough support and stock they can and will eandeavor to stop the latest request for a in speccie distribution that Ochre have requested
They will put a new deal into this company !!
What who knows, They do.
