re: Ann: Notice of Requisition of Meeting of ... imo Ochre have come back and requested the in specie distribution of EOX shares, although they previously opposed it, in order to frustrate the new directors and their plans, as the ownership of the eox shares (and their value) is pivotal to the future of the company. No one here will agree to the in specie as the eox shares can only be sold in the USA and most of us will receive very little anyway. imo the core emr directors will be glad to see the resignations of Rudisill, DiCosta & DeBoisio. They very likely had their own plans.
