With out looking up the exact numbers including recent drp shares allocated M resources have about 20% not sold into the offer plus no director as yet either. Cant recall the exact board position, 5-10%?
So thats roughly 25 to 30%? shares plus the remaining 10-15% of holders like us
Even if unsuccessful and fall below compulsory acquisition numbers golden will still try and delist it most likely.
