I think ML + directors collectively have a tad under 25% at the moment - unless anything much has changed in the past day or two, with announcements pending.
I also believe Golden can't increase their offer in the last 5 trading days up to May 18th, so am not expecting an 11th hour sweetener.
However, I wonder what happens if Golden end up with < 75% next Monday. (Assuming the Directors sell as they have indicated but ML and a few others decide to hold out).
If ML decides to stay in for the long-haul then Golden won't get to 90% and Golden may be left with an untidy bunch of minorities.
I'd be interested to know if anyone sees any value in hanging in beyond May 18th or is this just wishful thinking, with Golden holding all / most of the cards and a de-listing likely to make those shares harder to market?
