The legal case being pushed back is a good and a bad thing imo.
the good news is TTT has more time and it is likely whatever evidence composite technology had previously probably wasn't looking too good for CT
the bad news is that they were able to submit more evidence, perhaps they are trying to catch TTT off guard? Maybe they were expecting a settlement?
