That's a very good post. You're one of few here that understands what needs to happen. I'm not convinced management/Board does. This could & should be trading at twice where it is but they need to stop buying new cranes even if it means downsizing the business. The ROIC is a disaster & until that changes, this is going nowhere unfortunately
