I completely disagree, you cant look at the ROIC in the context of depreciation for a company like this and at the same time say they have over depreciated because that equals that they have a higher ROIC,

Ultimately they need to drive effeciencies and improve their pricing to charge more as they are providing crucial services to industry and if ROIC is truly low no one would be able to compete and therefore allows for increased pricing to customer,

This is a great company that needs to conserve cash and apply it to grow the business effectively and recycle capital. The ROIC when depreciation is taken out is much higher
