There's surely no valid reason the shortfall allocation would need to take that long (Dec) if they have the money at the ready, which they suggest they do, then divvy up the shares and allocate asap.
IMO, this is the perfect scenario for our Board to show that they are here to provide value to their shareholders first, not unrelated underwriters. If the intention was to issue to underwriters all along, then the issue price should of been much higher...
