I think to issue it below 2.2c is unrealistically low, I mean even an issue price of 2.2c is very low in my case if so much is to be happening, in my personal opinion that issue price of 2.2c is telling me that the share price is still headed downward, someone did work out we needed another 10 mil to finish plant and that put share price roughly around 0.007/0.008c range mark. Woudnt it be if share price was to be heading up I think the issue price would have been set some where in the 3c range, but as some have mentioned I have put these shares in the bottom drawer and not expecting much from them for some time....
