This was an issue at the agm. Haven't been taken up because they were way out of the money. Quite possibly over 10c. So understandably they haven't been taken up. This has happened in the past with apg. Not sure exactly when. They now must be auctioned and if there is no interest then they are returned to the company to be sold in another cap raising. Nothing sinister here. Just what has to be done..
