All you need to know is what options there is available for the creditors, ref to this statement in the ANN;
" At this meeting, creditors will be asked to make a decision by passing a resolution in respect of the options available to them under section 439B of the Act. The options available are:
That the Company execute a Deed of Company Arrangement
That the Administration end or
That the Company be wound up ".
Sure agree, nice to have all the details but because you and I are not a creditor, Deloitte is not likely to give you a copy of the report. Even if you did manage to get hold of the report you are likely not to be able to use it for anything.
You can of course try to call Deloitte on 61 8 9365 7000 and request they send the report to you by email.
Personally, I think it is trivial - you either kill off QFX for good or come up with a resolutions.
