I have emailed Joel and he has re-affirmed that OSA Ethics Submission and subsequent approval should still happen by end of this quarter.
The team is definitely trying their best to get the trials up and running as soon as possible, they know how important the funding from oppie exercises will be to the balance sheet and working capital.
When orchestrating the deal with Cannvalate, Joel and Sud on either side constructed the oppies with the price points and timelines in a way I am sure they intended to be highly likely to pay off.
Sud will do everything in his power to get at least one of the trials successfully completed before December this year, remember his company Cannvalate is paying for the majority of the costs of all the 4 trials. The majority of those oppies still out of the money. Tick Tock.
