Staz I found @Jaded to be very informative on the Grafex situation. From what I understand they are notorious for dumping on market when they receive shares as payment.
I've been looking into it, as the payment that is due for 100% ownership (and is in dispute over CGT liabilities) is due on the 24th(?) of February (can't remember which date exactly but late February I'm certain), as per the original buyout agreement from February 2015. I can't find any info on whether the recently agreed deferred payments to Grafex were purely for the 90% acquisition or included a rescheduling of the 100% payment as well. Either way, the additional US$4m required (50:50 cash:share split) still needs to be sourced from somewhere as the current capital raise did not account for it. If anyone else has some info to help me clear that up that would be much appreciated.
