Notice of shortfall says it all.
Shortfall = lack of interest = lack of demand.
Lack of demand is a key indicator of a sign of weakness (SOW).
I hope you all recover your losses and this takes off sooner then later. I would also hope you have reviewed your risk profile and have alternate plans in place should this head lower. No one here knows the future, however you should always have a plan for if it goes higher or lower and then act as it plays out.
