Do you actually know that we can only work on this once the EGM is made official? Guess your "exceptional high paying lawyers" did not tell you that one.
Without the EGM being announced by law there is NO EGM. Now that its announced I can assure you that someone is working with disallowed on this.
Calling the EGM is just the first step. The next stage is to make sure Jin Jiang cannot vote...this is being worked on now.
