Mr Cod ... If you are a member of the minority shareholders group, then the updates from our representative should have addressed your issue and explained the reasons for the current strategy, including the EGM. If you do not see the logic, I would suggest you have a word with him about it.
If you are not a member, I would strongly advise that you consider joining up.
