Not sure what SSA stands for. However in term of Bez group structure, I think NBA owns the tenements and NBA is subsisiary of Bez, and Bez is not majorly owned by Quantum.
Dato and Quantum own Bez shares around 30% so for sure they have some voting power with them but they are not the majority. Furthermore Quantum's subsidiary ,QMR, do the GPA with Bez. In my opinion if QMR honours the contract (by paying 10 million USD every month from the commencement date till now), QMR should have an enormous influence over Bez. However QMR just made 3 payments and nearly 100% the remaining 21 payments will not be made.
From simple logic I can't see how Quantum is still be the banker for Bez and what influence Quantum still has over Bez.
If Dato really want trouble and sues Bez, We all shareholders must do the class action against QMR and Quantum. Please don't forget that Dato own 30% CDI (issued in Australia) which for sure has some values and they also has GPA, which has a rather big valuation as well. This can be the damages we can ask from Quantum in the class action if they really want trouble. I myself lost a lot of money because of many misleading statements from Dato and Quantum and certainly I can draft all wrongdoings of those midleading information.
For all shareholders, please be aware that you have to vote by 11.30AM of 18 June 25 (not 24 June). Please vote if you don't want more damages to your assets. Don't let 30% vote of Quantum become nearly 50% same as the last AGM. Let together give Bez a second chance.
