OK. What I see is that if I had 100mil, I could not invest in BEZ as my return on investment is too long, as I get second dibs on the gold 'after' QMR.

I would be better off finding any other mine with decent gold in the ground to fund.

And to that point Ss, you would know more details on the QMR contract.. After I invested my 100 mil, QMR may come up with their extra 100mil and still get first dibs on a lot more gold before I got my share on my investment.
So without a complex deal with BEZ and QMR (which would be combersome) it's difficult to find another investor.

Things might change if we can use the cash we have to get new permit or first gold and better sp for a raise, but that will be running very thin.
