Dato controls 20% of BEZ shares. He sold a third to a pawn broker, effectively, for liquidity. T50 has been absorbing that and will use those votes to toss Dato out.
I doubt Dato will sue, as he will have FAR greater issues to deal with.
QMR are finished in regards to the GPA. They are highly illiquid and I'd be surprised if they aren't insolvent. BEZ won't see another dollar from them. Should QM go into administration, which I also am thinking is a definite possibility, the GPA is null and void, and the GPA can and will be overtaken by a myriad of interested controllers with far better liquidity than QMR.
