Many of the claims in the announcement released on Sedar (for some reason not on ASX) were brought to the attention of Besra via the hotcopper threads.
The irony being shareholders were yelling at these people then and defending Tok Lim.
Now shareholders want to burn him at the stake (figuratively speaking).
I'm just saying now - putting Tok Lim offside via this shareholder vote I'm not sure is that smart.
It's actually in his interest if Besra does go bankrupt because he gets everything.
Like - everything.
The question remains - how does a businessman make this happen?
Pure fiction in my head but I had a giggle when I read the Sedar announcement.
