well based on info provided by besra which was based on info provided by dato and those posters whos actions repetively making speculative statements 15x daily and deliberately avoiding any conversation re positive news
there were many posters here who had doubts to quantums ability to fund the gpa but relied on info coming from bez and chose not to speculate re quantums financial issues which would appear to be founded at this stage yes ,, those same negative posters may have contributed to quantums issues by their very speculation and may still find themselves on the wrong end of an angry dato ,, they also stated we needed to remove quantum/dato , and now banker your suggesting we should leave him in place ??
removing dato is dangerous ,, leaving dato in place might be fatal
datos legal claim is potentially fatal for both bez and quantum , but who has failed to uphold their end of the gpa ? does quantum have a legitimate complaint ?? i think not and based on them not providing any proof of claim which will be required by any court actions suggests they do not
did you notice bez independant directors considering legal action to force quantum to honour the gpa that could end badly for quantum yes !!,, im guessing that does not fit into your conversations agenda ??
as much as i have suggested you have been mostly impartial is probably because you only ever post half your opinion ,, its becoming clear you are not impartial at all banker !!
and now your defending the goldies & co ? have you forgotten how rediculous there 15x daily slightly off topic they have been are you seriously avoiding the fact they avoid all positive news flow whilst regurgitating old news again and again and again ,, if you throw mud in all directions some will stick yes , are you fully abreast of quantums business model ? i think not !!,, do you think its legal ? do you think if he cant honour his clients accounts he will be given a pass by the authorities ?
whilst this is indeed a public forum one must ask themselves what would posess someone to invest so much time on a stock they dont or no longer hold , i could think of a million less stupid ways to spend ones time
