He's got bigger issues to deal with, like how he's going to stay solvent. He can't pay the bills, let alone the legal fees he'd be up for should he continue. And what happens when he loses and has to pay the other party's legal fees........yeah, he's f*cked!

The fact he's sold shares without informing the market, sold shares during a blackout period and lying to the board when asked multiple times if he has sold any shares, to which he's said "No", means he's not fit to perform the most minimal tasks of a director on the BEZ board.

The fact QM also went to a recruitment company to select board members???? Holy shitballs!!!! What went from an asset to a real liability, QM has no business now of being on the BEZ board.
