Why don't you read the summary of the report by BDO Corporate finance of the GPA like i suggested to other shareholders in the ASX notices.
It says BEZ controls the GPA and not QM.
But you can see that for yourself when you read it as a concerned shareholder or get your advisor if you have one to help you read it for you.
