Also and IMO . I’ll say it again IMO there could be an argument on the clause that BEZ has not diligently moved to develop the project . I’m not privy to conversations behind closed doors but they did publicly announce that it was “highly achievable “ to have the PP up and running a long time ago. That is certainly be something the lawyers would have to work out if Quantium are booted and take that avenue. Certainly a very uncertain place to be.
