There is no proposal at present to cancel the GPA and so status of the PP will become irrelevant if BEZ achieve that or otherwise develop the mine and produce gold.
Ignoring any cancellation issue, maybe, since Quantum seem to have their back against the wall financially, they might take action against BEZ in the short term if they can convince an outfit like Omni Bridgeway to pick up their case so that they can pillage BEZ for whatever they can get; but in view of the failure of Quantum to get funds to BEZ last year, I doubt if they have any case at all.
