He's lost control of those 40M CDIs, since they've been sold on market. He hasn't sold them, but High West Capital Partners certainly look like they have.
Regardless, he's not informed the ASX of his reduction in share count via a 3Y, and certainly had his shares sold throughout a blackout period.
The man is a goner.....ironically the same way Jocelyn Bennett fell on her own sword.
