A number of very interesting facts have come out of the notice of special meeting in my opinion.
1.The neuren management excluding directors subscribed for $740,000 in the recent raising at 6.2 cents.
2.Trevor Scott a long term director subscribed to 9,677,419 shares at 6.2 cents totaling $600,000(his previous share holding pre raise was 70,188,249 shares).
3.Richard Treagus the Executive Chairman subscribed to 1,290,323 shares at 6.2 cents totaling $80,000 (his previous share holding pre raise was 50,115,385 shares)
4.Larry Glass a long term shareholder and chief scientific officer subscribed to 1,290.323 shares at 6.2 cents totaling $80,000(his previous share holding was 20,000,000 shares).
If this is not a green flag for investing in neuren ,i have not seen one in my investing life!!!!!
